The available video aux out ports allows the user to connect to a television and view videos on the television. The 2000mAh battery can be used for 4 hours before it needs recharging when looking at media content and lasts 3 hours when looking at digital television channels according to the manufacturer RaidSonic. Thai Lanterns Illuminate Yee Peng

Saturday, November 28th, 2009

Celebrations aplenty in Asia, South East Asia appears to have the pick of the crowd. Not surprisingly Thailand is the base of Thai Lanterns and are now touching a far greater audience as they gain popularity at UK events.Yee Peng festival which follows the Buddhist Calendar and translates to month 12 is one of these festivals. The Western Calendar commonly sees this coming in November. This Festival goes by the title of Loy Krathong throughout other pieces of Thailand. The Thai people follow this religious festival and the customs it takes. My favorite action is the liberating of ‘Thai Lanterns’ or ‘Khom Loy’. It is truly charming to watch the sky alight with these glowing globes. It is imagined that as the lanterns disappear into th sky so too do your cares.. The light is said to head people to a happy and complete life. I am not sure if westerners grasp the comparable feeling but each twelve months see’s many getting together in on this fun event. Bamboo frames with a Rice Paper shell is how these Thai Lanterns are manufactured in a biodegradeable way. There has been a rise in the popularity (excuse the pun) and has even found the Royal Thai Air Force alter their air action and make warning to the airport to be cautious of future risks should a lantern get stuck in a aeroplane turbine.
