I was thinking of a few things that have happend in the last little while. I hope you don’t mind my sharing these with you? I can’t believe how these sites helped me recently.

The Back Country

A couple days ago we got back from camping. The weather was supposed to be nice but you’re supposed to prepare for the worst. Found just the right camping tent for the rugged area we were going to be in. I didn’t have time for a lot of shopping because we were going camping in just one week. The website I used was really helpful. Tent arrived as expected. Shipping was free. I couldn’t believe it. Camping in the country was awesome. Fresh air, awesome scenery. I want to do it again soon!

Left the House Locked and Loaded

On my ‘to do’ list before leaving for the trip: get a home security system. You get to a point where what’s in your house really matters – it’s time to secure it. If the computer were swiped, man…that might end us. We searched through the phone book first but ultimately found the best security system deals online. It didn’t take long to install at all. Ready for another vacation. Hooray!

Energy Drinks

Who knew that you could get tired while camping…haha. Lucky for us, we just jumped on the efusjon opportunity train and had some health energy drinks with us. The added energy is definitely something we were grateful for with all of the crazy camping activities we did. Efusjon is great for the drink and for the income opportunity. I can’t reiterate how awesome this drink is. It’s worth every penny! It’s about time to visit that link!

Hope to see you on the ‘A’ Team. Enjoyed my time with you!

Man of History: Carlos Abadi

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Son of Jose Abadi and Francoise Guthmann de Abadi, Carlos Abadi is a prominent Buenos Aires-born banker now based in America. However, history shows he has ties beyond Argentina, for Abadi is actually a “citizen of the world”. Carlos Abadi’s great-uncle is none other than Moussa Abadi, the valiant altruist who rescued multitudes of young Jews during the Holocaust. Like his great-uncle before him, Carlos Abadi has exhibited great deeds. He once volunteered as a reading tutor at one of New York City’s public schools and donated to the teen pregnancy charity called Inwood House. Now married and with two sons, Carlos Abadi belongs to an illustrious family that counts in Spinoza and Borges author Marcelo Abadi, Stanford-schooled scientist Martin Abadi, and many others. He remains faithful to his roots. As proof of this, he serves on the board of directors of the Argentine-American Society, a nonprofit group formed in 2001 to help his impoverished countrymen. Religion-wise, Abadi lends his presence to the Central Synagogue of New York City, where he is a community volunteer. In more business-like pursuits, he sits on the Roubini Global Economics Monitor advisory board. He is also on the boards of 900 Fifth Avenue Corp and The Core Club, both in NYC. Carlos Abadi is known in Wall Street circles as the founder and president of Abadi and Co. His company deals mainly with debt restructuring and bonds in emerging economies like that of South and Central America. An avid cyclist, Abadi competed in L’Etape-2005 Tour de France.
